Joe was born and raised in Philadelphia where he began in the family business as a teenager, working at his father and grandfather’s side on Home Maintenance and Repair.  In his 20s, he formed his own construction and restoration company.  This allowed Joe to become an expert in all aspects of home building and restoration including flaws, inspections, fix-ups, and even cover-ups.  He has restored rooms in every part of a home from the attic to the basement.  Joe knows what to look for when inspecting homes and what quality material and quality work look like.
